How to make zucchini boats in the oven

Required ingredients:

  • Fatless Veal Pulp - 200g;
  • hard cheese - 130 g;
  • medium bulbs - 3 pcs;
  • young small zucchini - 3-4 pieces;
  • medium fat mayonnaise - 140 g;
  • ripe small tomatoes - 4 pcs.;
  • iodized s alt - ¾ small spoon;
  • large fresh carrots - 1 pc.;
  • pepper, dried parsley and dill - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 2-4 tablespoons.

The process of cooking minced meat

Zucchini boats can be filled with any meat product. We decided to use thesetargets lean veal. It should be washed, cut into pieces, and then chopped in a meat grinder. To give the minced meat a special flavor, it is also recommended to add onions to it. It can be finely chopped or processed similarly to meat.
