The zest is removed from the lemon, and then the juice is squeezed out. 5 g of black pepper and sea s alt are ground with garlic until smooth. Half of the juice obtained from lemon, olive oil (2 large spoons) are poured into the paste, zest, feta, a little oregano are poured, and all components are gently mixed. 100 g of mushrooms are spread. Tomatoes are placed in a deep frying pan, a third of the cheese dressing, mushroom plates - and dressing again. Sprinkle with olive oil - and grill for five minutes. At this time, half a liter of water is boiled, a spoonful of strong vinegar is poured in, the fire is turned on, and an egg is driven into the quietly gurgling water for a couple of minutes. At the end, a sandwich is assembled: bread is sprinkled with butter, mushrooms are placed on it, and a poached egg is already on them. Sprinkle with oregano and enjoy.

Here, the quantitative composition depends entirely on your preferences. The dill is finely chopped, the garlic is squeezed, and both spices are mixed with mayonnaise. As an option, instead of such a spread, butter is quite suitable, but sandwiches with raw mushrooms will come out more fatty. You can also grease with one mayonnaise, only in this case you lose in sharpness and aroma. Mushrooms (offered only because of their general availability; you can also take forest mushrooms - those that can definitely be eaten without processing) are washed very carefully, cut into almost transparent plates and laid out on top of the spread.
