  • a dozen of allspice peas;
  • 100g prunes;
  • a couple of disposable black tea bags;
  • 3 full (without a slide) tbsp. s alt.

Start cooking:

  1. Prepare the fish, put in a suitable container.
  2. Add prunes, peppercorns, bay leaf, broken by hand.
  3. Dissolve sugar and s alt in a liter of boiling water, lower the tea bags, let it boil for a couple of minutes, cool under the lid.

Prepare a pickling mixture from a couple of tbsp. s alt, a couple of chopped bay leaves, a few chopped peppercorns, a quarter of tsp. Sahara. Sprinkle the fish in an even layer, wrap it in a roll, wrap it tightly with parchment, put it on a plate and send it to the freezer for 1.5-3 hours. It turns out fabulously tasty s alted mackerel.
