Also rice with buckwheat can be used as a side dish. You can cook it by pre-boiling both cereals, but it will turn out faster and tastier in a slow cooker.
So, the reciperice with buckwheat is very simple:
- Onions and carrots - one medium each.
- Olive or vegetable oil - for greasing the mold.
- Garlic - two cloves.
- Rice and buckwheat - one glass each.
- S alt, ground pepper, spices - to your taste.
- Water - four and a half glasses.
You need to prepare a delicious side dish in this way:
- Grate carrots and onions. You can finely chop the onion as you like.
- Turn on the appliance to the "Baking" or "Frying" function. Pour in the oil and place the vegetables there. Saute them for about 10 minutes.
- Next, pour the washed cereals, s alt and pour water. Stir the mass.
- We transfer the device to the "Buckwheat" or "Pilaf" mode and cook until the end signal.
- Open the lid, squeeze the garlic into it, mix and leave for 10 minutes to infuse. You can add more butter or olive oil.

- Rice and buckwheat - half a glass each.
- Onions and carrots - one medium each.
- Bulgarian peppers and tomatoes - two each.
- Champignons - 500 grams.
- Cauliflower - half a fork.
- Garlic - two cloves.
- Bay leaf - three pieces.
- Hot pepper - half a pod.
- Spices, s alt,ground black pepper - to your taste.
- Any broth or water - two glasses.
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
- Turmeric - one teaspoon.
Cooking the dish as follows:
- Peel the onion with carrots and cut into small cubes.
- Mushrooms cut into four pieces, can be smaller.
- Disassemble the cauliflower into inflorescences.
- Bulgarian pepper cut into thin strips.
- Cut the hot pepper into several pieces.
- Make the tomatoes puree with a blender or grater.
- Pour oil into a cauldron, deep saucepan or frying pan and add onions and carrots. Fry everything for about 10 minutes.
- Next, we send mushrooms for frying, and after five minutes - bell pepper.
- After 10 minutes, we send chopped hot peppers, tomato puree, unpeeled garlic, bay leaf and cauliflower to the total mass. We s alt everything, add turmeric, seasonings to your taste and pour vegetable or mushroom broth. You can use water. Mix everything.
- We send the dishes with the mass into a preheated oven to 180 degrees and simmer for about an hour. Be sure to cover with a lid.
