While the kidneys and groats are brought to the condition, finely chop the celery stalk and root, 2 parsley roots, an onion and fry in vegetable oil. If you like soups with carrots, add it, grated or cut into strips.
When the broth from the kidneys is ready, we begin to place the ingredients in our pickle with barley. The recipe advises to remove the kidneys, strain the liquid. Cut 3-4 pickled cucumbers into cubes or small slices, do the same with 4 peeled potatoes. All this must be put in a frying of onions with roots, pour over the broth and put on medium heat for half an hour. To make a spicy and sour pickle with barley, the recipe suggests pouring in a little cucumber pickle, just to make it boil. The dish is served on the table as follows: several pieces of kidneys are placed on each plate, soup is poured, a spoonful of sour cream is added. It would be nice if the soup was a little peppery - this adds spice to it. Be sure to chop the greens!

Separately, you need to sauté the vegetables cut into strips with vegetable oil: 1 medium-sized carrot, parsley root, leek stalk.
The recipe for barley pickle includes spices, seasonings that are put into the soup at the last stage of cooking. Roasting, sliced \u200b\u200b3-4 potatoes and the same amount of pickled cucumbers, chopped into cubes, as well as s alt to taste, are added to the cooked barley. Let the dish boil, and 6-7 minutes before removing the pan from the heat, throw in the meatballs. For minced meat, you will need fish fillet (250 g), minced through a meat grinder, 60 g of white bread crumb soaked in milk, and a tablespoon (tablespoon) of butter.
