- condensed milk - 250 grams;
- butter - 350 grams;
- water;
- sugar syrup;
- vanillin.
Let's divide the cooking process into several stages:
- in a deep bowl, beat two eggs with sugar, addflour and mix thoroughly;
- divide the resulting dough into several parts and roll out with a rolling pin, periodically sprinkling with flour;
- bake biscuit cakes at 180 °C for 20 minutes;
- condensed milk is combined with two yolks and heated in a water bath until thickened;
- the resulting mass is mixed with melted butter and vanilla;
- ready-made cakes are soaked in sugar syrup, smeared with the resulting cream and combined;
- top of the cake is also smeared with cream and decorated to taste.
You can decorate the finished dish with chocolate chips, chopped oranges and strawberries, or you can add candles with the inscription "80 years". Grandma's cake is tender, soaked and delicious.
Classic Napoleon cake
This dessert is familiar to everyone, it is famous for its exquisite milky taste and aroma. A cake for a grandmother for 80 years will turn out to be tender and very tasty, which will undoubtedly please the hero of the occasion.
To make this dessert at home, you need the following ingredients:
- flour - 450 grams;
- butter - 250 grams;
- chicken egg;
- chilled water - 150 ml;

So, making the cake:
- butter and water are sent to the freezer for 25–30 minutes;
- sift the flour in a deep bowl, rub the butter and mix thoroughly;
- add the egg, s alt and vinegar to the water. It is worth noting the fact that vinegar should be no more than 6%;
- pour liquid into dry ingredients and collect everything into a kind of ball;
- divide the dough into 15 pieces, put it on a board, after sprinkling it and the balls with flour, and put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
While the dough is in the refrigerator, prepare the custard.
Preparing the cream
To do this, take a liter of milk, pour it into a saucepan and put on a slow fire. As soon as the milk begins to boil, turn off the stove and add it to the prepared composition of eggs, sugar and starch. Whisk the resulting mixture with a whisk and send it to the stove. As soon as the cream becomes thick, remove it and add butter. The resulting cream should be cooled before use.
Roll out our dough as thin as possible and make small holes with a fork. Cakes are baked for 5–7 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Now you can proceed to the assembly of the cake itself. Lubricate each layer with whipped cream and press it to the previous cake.
