- 2 tbsp. l. semolina, sour cream and sugar;
- two eggs + 1 protein;
- 80 grams of butter;
- vanillin.

It takes only half an hour to prepare a cottage cheese casserole for breakfast, and this is a weighty argument in favor of a recipe for always busy moms. First, grind the cottage cheese with a blender into a smooth puree so that there are no lumps of beaten cheese, and then combine it with sour cream and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, grind the egg yolks with sugar and semolina, add them to the curd mass, send the melted (but not boiling!) Butter there. Mix thoroughly.
Beat two egg whites with a small pinch of s alt in a stable foam so that it remains motionless even when the bowl is upside down (this is how they check the quality of whipping in culinary schools). Carefully mix them into the curd mass.

- 1/4 tsp each coriander, black pepper and s alt.

Cooking begins with frying chopped onion in half rings in a small amount of vegetable oil. When the onion becomes transparent, add minced meat and spices. Fry the meat over high heat for five minutes, then add the tomato sauce and reduce the heat to a minimum.
Simmer for another three to four minutes. In a suitable size microwavelay out the meat frying form, on top of it mugs of tomatoes mixed with zucchini. To begin with, you should disassemble the cabbage forks into small inflorescences, about 4–5 cm in diameter. Boil milk together with water and a pinch of s alt, place prepared broccoli and cauliflower inflorescences there, boil for about six to eight minutes. It is important not to overexpose them in boiling water, otherwise the inflorescences will fall apart and turn into porridge.
Throw the finished cabbage in a colander, and in the meantime grate the cheese and mix half of it with sour cream and spices (grind the garlic in a press). Lubricate the baking dish with oil and put the cabbage there, pour the cheese mass and send it to the oven for ten minutes. The temperature is set to 210 degrees. Five minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle the top of the gratin with the remaining cheese and return to the oven. This dish is eaten warm, like all casseroles with a cheese crust.
