Put the saucepan on a small fire. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, then remove from heat.
Peeled nuts should be crushed with a blender or a rolling pin so that flour is obtained. Keep in mind that this may release oil from the hazelnuts, but this is absolutely nothing to worry about.
