Ingredients
To prepare the amount of salad, enough for the festive table, you will need:
- chicken fillet - 600 grams;
- chicken egg - 6 pieces;
- walnuts - 200 grams;
- mushrooms (pickled is better) - 1 liter (2 jars);
- onion - 200 grams(equivalent to two large pieces);
- ready mayonnaise - 400 grams (less or more, to taste);
- vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon (for frying onions).
And seasonings (s alt, pepper) to taste.

Remove the fillet from the package, rinse under cold water. Take water in a small saucepan and lower the fillet, cook over medium heat until tender. Water, before lowering the fillet, you need to add a little s alt.
Rinse the eggs, put in a cooking pot. It is better to s alt the water: this way the eggshell will not crack, and it will be easier to separate it from the egg.
Thoroughly peel nuts and chop. The pieces should turn out so that they are convenient to eat, but they are felt in the salad. Then put in a frying pan and lightly fry. According to the recipe for Sherlock salad, the pan should be dry, as nuts contain enough oil.
