Products:
- 250 ml kefir;
- 100 ml milk;
- ½ tsp dry yeast;
- 200 g flour;
- one tablespoon of semolina;
- tablespoon of granulated sugar;
- s alt.
Procedure:
- Heat milk to 36 degrees, pour dry yeast into it and a pinch of flour and granulated sugar. Stir and leave for five minutes.
- When the yeast begins to ferment, pour kefir into them, put sand and s alt and mix.
- Mix flour with semolina and pour into a liquid base. Mix well and leave for ten minutes.

Products:
- 500 g flour;
- 30 ml vegetable oil;
- two apples;
- 550 ml kefir;
- 20g yeast;
- two eggs;
- 2 grams of vanillin;
- 30 grams of sugar;
- s alt.
Procedure:
- Slightly warm the kefir and pour the yeast into it. Stir well with a spoon.
- Sift flour and at the same time pour it into kefir with yeast. Mix with a whisk until smooth.
- Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and place in a warm place for half an hour.
- After 30 minutes, add eggs, granulated sugar, vanillin, butter and s alt to the dough. Mix well to get a homogeneous mass. Cover the container with the dough and send it to a warm place for another 30 minutes.
- Prepare apples. Wash, peel, remove seeds, grate.
- Add the apples to the dough after 30 minutes have passed, stir and put the container in the heat for another 20 minutes.
- Heat the pan, pour quite a lot of vegetable oil on it.
- Spoon a tablespoon of dough into the boiling oil and fry until golden brown on both sides.
