Cooking process:
- Broccoli pour water, bring to a boil and cook for three minutes. Then recline in a colander, dip in cold water.
- Peel the carrots, cut them into thin strips.
- Peel the garlic and finely chop with a knife.
- Starch (one teaspoon) mixed with two tablespoons of water.
- To prepare the marinade in a container, mix starch, soy sauce and grated ginger.
- Cut the beef into sufficiently thin strips, put in the marinade, close the container with a lid and shake. Leave on for 10 minutes.
- To prepare the sauce, mix the broth, wine and soy sauce.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the garlic over high heat until fragrant (about 30seconds). Add the meat and fry with stirring for two to three minutes. Then pour in the sauce, add broccoli and carrots, after it boils, cook for two minutes. Broccoli and carrots should stay crisp.
- Pour starch into the pan, shake it and fry with constant stirring for another two minutes. Remove from heat when sauce thickens noticeably.
Broccoli with meat can be served without a side dish, but boiled rice can be cooked if desired.
With turkey in the oven
Required ingredients:
- 400g turkey;
- two forks of broccoli;
- one medium onion;
- two cloves of garlic;
- tablespoon of sunflower oil;
- grated cheese;
- pepper;
- s alt.
To cook broccoli in the oven with turkey meat:
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Rinse the broccoli, divide into florets, pat dry and place in a baking dish.
- Cut the turkey into small cubes. Chop onion and garlic. Submit everything to the form.
- Pour sunflower oil, add pepper and s alt, mix and put in the oven for half an hour. Turn every ten minutes to heat evenly.
