It's worth noting that spaghetti is medium-sized long pasta. There are several varieties of them. Spaghettini is thinner than spaghetti and spaghettini is thicker. Different parts of Italy prepare different sauces for pasta, but since the country is surrounded by water on three sides, it is most often made with seafood.

When buying fresh seafood, be prepared for unpleasant consequences. It is better to buy frozen seafood. In order for the sea cocktail to turn out delicious, it is recommended to defrost food on the penultimate shelf of the refrigerator, periodically removing water from the cup in which the seafood is. After defrosting a sea cocktail, you need to add s alt to the pan and bring the liquid to a boil. Then add seafood and cook for five minutes. In the event that you do not have time to defrost, then frozen seafood can be fried in a pan by adding butter.
When buying seafood or a ready-made sea cocktail, choose pre-cooked European countries. And in order to avoid purchasing first thawed and then frozen seafood, feel the package. If you find small pieces of ice, you can be sure that this is not the best option to buy.
Pasta with seafood and basil in creamy sauce
To make seafood spaghetti you will need:
- Pasta of your choice - 400g
- Basil.
- Seafood (sea cocktail) - 500 g.
- Onion.
- Garlic - cloves 2 or 3.
- Nutmegs to taste.
- S alt, ground pepper.
Cooking the dish

If this condition is neglected, then the pasta can be digested, and the pasta will not turn out. When the spaghetti is cooked, put the pan back on the fire and add the prepared seafood. Stirring well, fry for three minutes, then cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to low and simmer for four to five minutes. Also, do not overcook seafood, otherwise they may turn out tasteless and like rubber.
After the sauce is fully cooked, put the spaghetti on the plates, add the sauce. Slice the basil and arrange beautifully on a plate. You can also chop the basil andsprinkle them with pasta. Or mix pasta with cream sauce and seafood in one pot. Then chop the basil with a knife, add to the pan and mix again. Just like basil, you can add any spices, spices and herbs.
