Beat eggs with s alt and sugar. Separately, mix sour cream with soda. Next, combine sour cream and eggs together and mix everything well. Add the sifted flour and butter to the mixture. Knead the dough and let it lie down for half an hour, then give the dough the appearance of a cake.
2. We make dough for pizza quickly in butter with cognac. You will need:
- 1 pack of butter;
- half a kilo of wheat flour;
- 10 grams of sugar;
- ½ teaspoon s alt;
- 2 tablespoons brandy.
Sift the flour in a heap and make a well in the middle. Put the softened butter, sugar, s alt and cognac into the formed funnel. Knead well the dough, roll into a ball shape and leave for half an hour. After that, roll out the cake to the desired size.
In this recipe, cognac can be replaced with vodka, and butter with margarine.
3. Pizza dough quickly in milk. You will need:

- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- ½ glass of milk;
- 2 tablespoons of butter;
- 1 teaspoon s alt;

You will need:
- 150 ml yogurt;
- 10g softened butter;
- half a kilo of wheat flour;
- 1 teaspoon of drinking soda.
Mix kefir with softened butter, baking soda and s alt. Then add the sifted flour to this mixture, knead well and form a ball. After 15 minutes, you can roll out the cake. Instead of kefir, you can use unsweetened yogurt.
Having rolled out a cake of a round shape and the desired size, put it on a baking sheet, which should first be greased with vegetable oil. Top with filling and bake until done.
