So, all the ingredients are prepared, you can proceed to the main part, the preparation of cupcakes:
- Beat the eggs and sugar until smooth and foamy.
- After that, pre-softened butter should be added to the mass, and do not forget to continue beating the mixture.
- Add milk to the resulting mass, after which we begin to carefully and gradually add flour, vanillin and baking powder.
- Mix all the dough thoroughly. Everything is done correctly if the consistency of the dough is similar to thick sour cream.
If you want the most ordinary cupcakes, you can immediately start baking - the dough is ready. In our case, the filling will be a glass of blackcurrant. Berriesmust first be mixed with sugar and starch.
Cooking cupcakes with stuffing
Now you can proceed to the final stage:
- Take a tablespoon of the prepared dough and put it in a cake pan. Experts advise using paper liners so that the cupcakes do not stick to the mold and do not leave marks on the hands.
- After a spoonful of dough, berries are laid out, and on top of them - another spoonful of dough.
- This set of products should make about 17 cupcakes.
- Cupcakes with berries are baked for about half an hour. We put them in a preheated oven at 150-180 degrees.
To serve dessert on the festive table, you should decorate it. Usually creams for such cupcakes are prepared with butter, as it keeps its shape perfectly and at the same time has a mild taste. Cupcakes decorated with berries are another dish that will not leave anyone indifferent.
How to make cream?
To prepare a delicate butter cream, we need butter (150 grams), curd cheese (140 grams), sugar (to taste). So let's get started:
- Beat a little with sugar (usually around 100 grams is added).
- The oil mass should increase in size. After that, you need to add curd cheese, still whisking the mixture in parallel.
- The cream is applied to the cupcakes immediately after cooking, otherwise it will harden.
