  • fresh cilantro;
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill;
  • sugar and s alt to taste;
  • 1 tsp pureed horseradish;
  • a few sprigs of fresh basil;

  • 3 tbsp. l. fat sour cream.

Cooking

First of all, you should wash the greens and other vegetables. Next, according to this recipe for cooking turnips, you need:

  1. Chop, s alt and mash the chopped greens with your fingers or a crush to make the juice stand out.
  2. Grate two cucumbers, and cut one into small cubes.
  3. Peel and dice boiled potatoes.
  4. Grate boiled and peeled eggs.
  5. Wash turnips, cut off damaged areas and peel.
  6. S alt and pepper vegetables.
  7. Add sugar.
  8. Pour everything with well-chilled kvass and mix.

  2. Cut the vegetable into cubes.
  3. Dip for 2-3 minutes in s alted boiling water.

  5. Fry in 3 tbsp. l. oil for 5 minutes.

  7. Cool, peel and cut into slices.
  8. Fry the peeled nuts in a dry hot frying pan for 2 minutes and chop with a knife.
  9. Chop the parsley and garlic and put them in a small bowl.
  10. Add balsamic vinegar, remaining sunflower oil.
  11. S alt, pepper and beat with a fork.
  12. Washed and dried lettuce leaves, put them on plates.
  13. Place thin slices of beets on top.

  1. Peel and cut the garlic.
  2. Grate cheese.
  3. Peel and slice turnips.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan.
  5. Spread the turnip slices in a continuous layer and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Pour cream and broth, s alt and pepper. Layers should be alternated until the prepared ingredients run out.
