And for good reason, because agave syrup has a lower calorie content and glycemic index compared to sugar. Required Ingredients
So, to make delicious and he althy sweets you will need:
- 200 ml agave syrup;
- 70ml water;
- cream of tartar on the tip of a knife;
- a teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- 10 ml vegetable oil;
- 3g Liquid Stevia.
You will get approximately 16-17 lollipops from the indicated amount of ingredients. The process will take you about an hour and a half.
How to make lollipops
To make homemade sweets, you can use special molds or small blanks for cupcakes. You can make lollipops even in the most ordinary spoons by placing sticks in them in advance.
So, first of all, prepare the selected molds by lubricating them with vegetable oil. It is desirable that it be odorless so that the candies do not get a specific taste or aroma. Better yet, use a spray of confectionery oil - this way you can achieve the thinnest layer in the molds, without excess.
In a small saucepan, combine water with agave syrup. Put the container on the stove, choosing medium power, bring the mixture to a boil. Now send cream of tartar into it and mix thoroughly.
At the next step, it is advisable to stock up on a special cooking thermometer. The mass should be cooked up to 140 degrees. Do not stir the mixture constantly - it is enough to do it periodically. Upon reaching 140 degrees, the mass begins to bubble and change its shade to a darker one. At this point, the saucepan must be removed from the stove. Add liquid stevia and vanilla extract to the rest of the products.
Mix all the ingredients well and immediately pour the resulting mixture into prepared molds. If you decide to use wooden sticks, you need to insert them right now. Now wait until the mass has cooled, and send the workpieces to the refrigerator, leaving them there for an hour. ATduring this time, your sugar-free lollipops will finally harden and can be easily removed from the molds.
Such sweets can be stored for quite a long time in a simple food container. Or you can simply place the lollipops in parchment or a bag.

No less tasty and he althy candies are made on the basis of pure fructose. Such sweets are almost identical to products made from sugar. But in terms of their usefulness, they are in many ways superior to their counterparts. Such lozenges can be given without any fear even to small children. Among other things, they require a minimum amount of food, tools and time to prepare.
So, prepare in advance:
- 200g fructose;
- any candy molds.
If you don’t have special containers, you can make them yourself. To do this, you will need a few pill candles, bamboo sticks and parchment.
How to make sugar-free baby lollipops
The first step is to prepare molds for future lollipops. If you decide to make them from candles, then the process will take you just a few minutes. But the result will certainly pleasantly surprise you.
Remove the candles from the molds, then make a small hole in each of them on the side. Due to the fact that sugar-free lollipops are very sticky, and the containers taken are not food, they should be covered insideparchment paper. For convenience, it is best to cut out small circles with a diameter of 8-9 cm from the material. Put the resulting figures into molds, and then insert bamboo sticks into the holes made. This completes the process.
Now the easiest step is to melt the prepared fructose. By the way, unlike sugar, it is easily heat-treated. So be careful not to burn the treats. Just a minute after being placed on the stove, fructose will already become liquid. And after a couple, it will boil and turn a little yellow. Such a change indicates complete preparation. At this point, remove the saucepan from the stove and immediately pour the melted fructose into the molds you made.
After your sugar-free lollipops are completely cool, carefully remove them from the containers and treat the household.
