- Dice fresh tomatoes.
Hot salad
This salad is served on the table immediately after preparation. Products:
- carbonade - 200 g;
- half can of canned peas;
- a couple of boiled potatoes;
- green onions;
- a pair of boiled eggs;
- cheese sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
Cooking:
- Carbonade is chopped into thin strips and fried until golden brown.
- The boiled potatoes are cut into strips and placed on a dish in the shape of the sun.
- Spread fried carbonade on top.
- The boiled eggs are cut into six pieces and placed on a dish.
- Sprinkle finely chopped green onions on top.
- Place the sauce in the middle of the dish.
- Tinned green peas are sprinkled on top of the salad.
To make cheese sauce you will need:hard cheese (100 g), milk (150 ml), one tablespoon of flour, cl. oil (50 g), broth (150 ml).
Important to know: you can use vegetable or meat broth to make the sauce.
Put half of the butter into a heated frying pan and melt it. Next, pour the flour and mix thoroughly. Flour and butter are on low heat for no more than two minutes. Slowly pour in warm milk, and then warm broth. When poured, mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Put the pan on the stove and bring to a boil. Cook the sauce over low heat for about five minutes. Add grated cheese and boil until it is completely dissolved. Allspice and the rest of the butter are added to the finished sauce. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with broth.
Salad with bell peppers
You will need:
- carbonade - 150 g;
- 100 grams of hard cheese;
- fresh cucumber;
- one bell pepper;
- one boiled egg;
- mayonnaise.
All ingredients are cut into thin strips. Mixed and seasoned with mayonnaise. If desired, you can additionally s alt the dish.
Granular bean and pear salad
To prepare you will need the following ingredients:
- beans - no more than 200 g;
- carbonade - 100 g;
- one pear;
- one st. l. sour cream and mayonnaise;
- sesame, s alt, ground pepper to taste.
The beans are boiled in a double boiler for about five minutes. Cut into stripscarbonade and pear. All ingredients are laid out on a dish and seasoned with sauce. Sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds and ground pepper on top.
For the sauce mix sour cream + mayonnaise + s alt + garlic.

- mayonnaise.
