This is where marinated chicken comes in. It can be prepared in advance, and then at the right time, quickly get them out of the refrigerator and fry in a pan or bake in the oven. For example, you can try the simplest option. This will require the following products: a 2 kilogram chicken carcass, 3 cloves of garlic, a glass of vegetable oil, bay leaf, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of mustard (you can take grains), a pinch of cinnamon and any spices.
The whole process can be roughly divided into 3 stages:
- Preparing the marinade. Mustard must be well mixed with oil. Then add chopped garlic, vinegar, spices, s alt and cinnamon. The resulting mass is the marinade.
- Preparing the bird. The carcass must be thoroughly washed and divided into pieces of the desired size. Now immerse the meat in a fragrant mixture and refrigerate for a whole day.
- Cooking meat. We take out the pan and put the pieces of chicken on a baking sheet. Now we send them to the oven. Marinated chicken is baked for about an hour at 200 degrees.
But chicken meat is not only suitable for cooking hot dishes. It makes good salads. Chicken with marinated mushrooms will be perfectly combined here. It is best to take champignons. The ratio of products is noticeable as follows: for 1 chicken breast - 1 carrot, s alt, 200 grams of mushrooms, mayonnaise and a little ground black pepper. Mushrooms and meat should be approximatelythe same number. Preparing this salad is very easy. First you need to boil the meat and carrots. Then, in a separate bowl, chop the chicken, disassembling it with your hands into small fibers. Pour diced carrots and chopped mushrooms into thin slices here. Now it remains only to add s alt, selected spices, pepper a little and season with mayonnaise. The salad is quite simple, but very tasty.
Sometimes you want to cook something light for the table. In this case, a recipe that perfectly harmonizes chicken with pickled cucumbers is suitable. It resembles a simplified version of the world-famous Olivier. For cooking, you will need the necessary components: for 300 grams of chicken fillet - a glass of mayonnaise, 200 grams of carrots and cucumbers, s alt, 3 eggs, pepper and lettuce.
The dish is prepared as follows:
- Boil chicken meat, cool and cut into cubes.
- Do the same with eggs and carrots.
- Cut cucumbers as small as possible.
- Tear lettuce with your hands.
- Pour all products into a salad bowl. Add pepper and s alt, then top with mayonnaise.
If desired, potatoes and green peas can be added to the salad. And for a brighter taste, it is better not to boil the chicken meat, but bake it in the oven or fry it in vegetable oil in a pan.
