- 100 grams of lemon sugar;
- 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk;
- 2 tablespoons gooseberry syrup;
- vanilla extract;
- 150 ml sour cream.
For cream:
- 150 ml sour cream;
- 2 tablespoons of gooseberry syrup.
How to do it?
This original homemade gooseberry recipe looks like this. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the gooseberries in a large metal dish, sprinkle with sugar, mix well and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and transfer the berries to a sieve placed over a bowl, collecting all the syrup. Reduce oven temperature to 170°C.
Mix cookies with butter and place in the bottom of a springform pan, pressing down lightly. Bake in the oven for 5 minutes, remove and leave to cool.
