- 100 grams of ham.
- 50 grams of hard cheese (any variety will do).

Start with the preparation of seafood. Pour boiling water over the squid carcass, peel it and cook in boiling s alted water for no more than two minutes so that the meat does not become tough and “rubber”. Cut it into small pieces. Then boil the shrimp and peel them from the shells. Choose the size and quantity of these clams yourself, depending on what you like best.
Boil the egg noodles until tender, then cut them into several pieces so that they are not too long. Chop the cabbage, cut the onion into small cubes, and cut the ham into small strips.
In a large bowl, put the noodles, squid meat, shrimp, cabbage and onion. S alt and pepper to taste, then mix thoroughly. Cabbage may produce more juice than needed, so it can be prudently drained.
In another cup, beat the egg with water, and it needs to be poured in about 2/3 cup. Gradually add the flour and stir until the dough is uniformly thick. After that, combine it with the ingredients from the first bowl and mix thoroughly.
Put the resulting mixture in portions on a hot frying pan,leveling to the same size with a spatula. Do not forget to put the ham on top, after which we fry on both sides until fully cooked (as in the photo). When serving, okonomiyaki is sprinkled with grated cheese and fresh chopped herbs. Now let's get on with the stuffing. In a hot frying pan, fry the mushrooms, chicken and pepper for five minutes, after which we spread it on a greased baking sheet in the shape of a square, leveling it with a spatula. From above we form a layer of cabbage dough and send the "pizza" to the oven for thirty minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. After thirty minutes, take out the okonomiyaki and divide with a spatula into 8-9 portioned pieces, each of which is carefully turned over and sent back to the oven for half an hour. Serve this version of okonomiyaki with soy sauce, mayonnaise and fresh herbs.
