Flour should be mixed with soda, spices, sugar and citric acid. All spices must first be crushed in a mortar or grind in a mill. We mix all the ingredients in a dry form, and then add the oil. Then add water and knead the dough. When finished, it should not stick to your hands. If it's still sticky, add a little more flour. Then we divide the whole dough into three equal parts, each of which we roll into a circle. Then the cake must be cut into pieces, like a cake, in the form of slices. On each piece of dough (on the wider part) we put jam or jam, and then roll it up in the form of a tube. Put the resulting cookies on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and put in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of one hundred and eighty degrees.
