The following products are useful for cooking:

  • rice - 120 g;
  • plum - 300 g;

  • cream - 250 ml;

Practical part

Start the process of making dessert by boiling rice. You need to do this in the same way as for sushi. After that, the boiled rice groats should be laid out in a thin layer on a mat, previously covered with cling film.

Now you should start preparing the sauce for sweet rolls. To do this, the cream must be heated, almost bring them to a boil. Then slowly add chocolate to them and stir until it completely dissolves. Before applying the sauce to the dessert, it must be removed in the refrigerator for several hours.

Rolls with strawberries

In the proposed recipe, the unique taste of the dessert is formed by combining strawberries and a special kind of cheese, but these components can be replaced. So, for example, blackberries, strawberries or raspberries are used instead of strawberries, and Camembert cheese is replaced with feta or dor blue. The delicacy is prepared quite simply and quickly.

For cooking you will need the following components:

  • rice - 120 g;
  • cheese - 120 g;

  • nori - 2 l.

For pancakes:

  • flour - 65g;
  • milk - 250 ml;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. l.;
  • egg - 1 pc.;
  • cocoa - 2 tbsp. l.

You need to start the process with cooking pancakes. To do this, mix all the ingredients: sugar, cocoa, milk, flour, egg. Also add some melted butter. The next step is baking pancakes.

After that, you need to cut the banana into strips and divide the strawberries in half. Put the prepared filling on the edge of each pancake, then roll it up and cut it into 6 parts. If desired, before spreading the fruit, the surface of the pancake can be passed with curd cheese or jam.
