- m alt half a bucket;
- s alt - 1 tsp;
- dry yeast - 100 g;
- sugar or honey - 300 g;
- hops - 6 cups;
- boiled water - 2 buckets.
The first thing to do is to prepare the m alt. Usually barley is used for this, but since making beer at home will not work in the same way as in breweries, it is better to use wheat. So, we take half a bucket of this grain product and soak it in a deep tray or baking sheet for three days in boiled water. After that, you need to dry the already sprouted wheat, placing it on a wide baking sheet and putting it in a dark place. It will take another day. Once it dries, rub it well. The m alt is now ready.
How to make beer at home
After you prepare the m alt, it will need to be stirred in two buckets of ordinary boiled water and put overnight in a dry, dark place. In the morning, this mixture should be boiled, add s alt and hold on fire for another two hours. Next, you need to strain and cool the syrup to about 40 ° C, put sugar and yeast. All this must be mixed well and insisted for 12 hours. Now this liquid can be bottled, but do not close them for another 10 hours. After this time, the beer will be ready, and it will be possible to pour it into containers.

You will need to take 4 kg of brewing m alt, mash it with a rolling pin and heat it up to 70°C. Next, you need to add 1 kg of sprouted wheat grain, dividing it into 3-4 bags, and maintain the same temperature of the liquid for another hour. After that, you will need to put a drop of wort mixed with iodine and 20-25 g of hops into the beer preparation. After half an hour, remove the mixture from heat and cool to 25 ° C, followed by the addition of brewer's yeast.
Leave the resulting drink to ferment for a week, then bottle it, adding glucose - 8 g per 1 liter of liquid. You can drink beer after it has been refrigerated for a couple more weeks.
