Hot s alting
Sterilize jars, put greens and garlic on the bottom. We take out the cucumbers from the brine. Distribute to banks. Strain the brine and pour into a saucepan. Put on fire, bring to a boil. And immediately fill it with cucumbers to the top. Roll up the lid. We put the jars upside down to cool, then put them in the cellar.

- sugar;
- dill umbrellas.

- water;
- sugar;

- vinegar.

While washing the greens, peel the garlic and cut into slices. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Pour out the juice from the bowl. We put greens, cucumbers in jars. Fill with boiling water. We leave for five minutes. We drain the water and fill it again. We repeat the process two times. Add garlic, pepper and onion. Mix sugar and s alt in water. We put on fire, boil, add vinegar. Mix thoroughly. Then pour cucumbers with brine and roll up the jars. We turn them over. Leave until completely cool. Keep jars coollocation.
